The Service
As Olim we are constantly required to sign and commit to many contracts, such as rental agreements and employment contracts. Not only are these contracts often in Hebrew, but even if they were in English most Olim are unable to determine whether such contracts are reasonable and fair, or if they contain any serious red flags.
To assist, we offers three tailored solutions:

Standard Review - Your contract will be thoroughly reviewed and completed within 72 hours. This option is perfect for those who have some time to spare but want a comprehensive review.

Express Review - For more urgent needs, the Express Review ensures a thorough and detailed reviewed within 24 hours. This expedited service is ideal for those who need quick feedback on a tight deadline.

Full Service - This comprehensive option includes a detailed review, edits to the contract, and direct negotiations with the other party until the contract is ready for signing. It’s the best choice for those seeking thorough support throughout the entire process.
For each option, after the review, you’ll receive a written summary of the main clauses and any red flags. We’ll then coordinate a 30-minute phone call to discuss the document and address any additional questions you may have.
How to Procced
Step One: Choose your service option—Standard Review, Express Review, or Full Service—and send your contract to daniel@checkmycontract.org.
Step Two: Make payment based on the table below, and send proof of payment.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card or BIT.

Step Three: After completing the review, we will send a comprehensive report, highlighting all important information and any red flags. If you have chosen the Full Service option, you will also receive the contract with suggested changes marked in track changes.
Step Four: Finally, we will schedule a call to answer any additional questions you may have. If you have chosen the Full Service, after our call and your approval of the changes, we will contact the other party, their lawyer, or real estate agent to make the relevant changes and negotiate until the contract is ready to be signed.

In the table below, you’ll find our fixed prices based on the number of pages in the contract and your chosen service option: Standard Review (completed within 72 hours), Express Review (completed within 24 hours), or Full Service (including edits, negotiations, and finalization).

* The turnaround time for Standard Review is 72 hours, while the turnaround time for Express Review is 24 hours (excluding Fridays and Shabbat).
* A 15% discount will be given to all active Lone Soldiers and Lone Bnot Sheirut.
